Nadine Lustre Unveils the Limited-Edition 9Lives Eyewear Collection in Davao – A Personal Experience

Nadine Lustre, a famous actress and singer in the Philippines, sparks the hearts of Davaoeños at SM City Davao and SM Lanang. She unveils the limited-edition 9Lives collection with Vision Express for every Juan!

Everyone has an opportunity for a photo op and a signed case of Nadine when they purchase any eyewear in the new collection. Davaoeños had a great time during the visit and Nadine’s style absolutely elevates with the 9Lives.

I was so thrilled, not only because it was my first-ever event as part of the Davao Blogger Society, but also because I got a chance to meet and greet our very own, queen of aesthetics, Nadine Lustre! Who would’ve thought?

I remember filling out the questionnaire form for the Davao Blogger Society’s application in January 2025, thinking that maybe I could make it. I never considered myself qualified to be part of a community with great minds – bloggers, influencers, and content creators. But I decided to give it a try anyway.

I never imagined this moment would come, but sometimes life surprises you when you least expect it.

Now look! Here I am, wearing a fuzzy black top with flare pants and sneakers, holding the Vision Express bag personalized with “Every Bit is Lovely” (yes, that’s me!) along with the 9Lives x Vision Express Bayonetta sunglasses in it. PLUS, the signed cute card of Nadine Lustre!

The 9Lives x Vision Express collection offers a timeless and sophisticated look with elegant frames, designed to complement any style. By combining classic shapes with modern details, each piece makes a refined yet fashionable statement, perfect for those seeking versatile eyewear that never goes out of style.

How We Spent the First 15 Days of January 2026 (and the Fitness Items We’re Loving)

The first fifteen days of January 2026 felt slower than most days of 2025. We did so much movement, spent a lot of time with mom, my sis, and my man, and I’m happy with how the year started.  If I had to describe this month in one word, it would be “privileged”. My sister and I are both on a work-from-home setup. That means we don’t necessarily spend hours getting ready, commuting, or sitting in traffic, and that extra time gives us room to do more than just work. Because of that, we have the opportunity to do other things like more movement. So, we spent most of our time working out and running.  I officially started working on January 3. Then, on January 7, I set a small personal goal of a minimum 50 squats daily—whether it was a fitness day, a workday, or a rest day. Looking back, here’s how the first fifteen days of January went: January 1 (Thursday) - New Year Celebration January 2 (Friday) - Bed rot, movies, and a dog bath at the beach.  January 3 (Saturday)...

Thousands of commuters at major transport hubs and shopping centers across the Philippines were met with an unexpected treat as  Jollibee  launched its upgraded iconic Yumburger. The Yumburger now has a bigger beef patty and more dressing, making it more Langhap-Sarap while still priced at ₱45.  From office workers to students, many took the chance to try the improved Yumburger, making their usual trips a little more exciting. Crowds gathered at One Ayala in Makati, The Infinity in Pampanga, Paseo de Santa Rosa in Laguna, Parkmall in Cebu, and Rizal Park in Davao. Jollibee gave away 2,000 free Yumburgers at each location, plus 4,000 vouchers to try an exclusive combo in stores. “Filipino commuters have always loved the Jollibee Yumburger, so we thought this was the perfect way to bring them a little extra joy,” said Dorothy Ching, vice president for marketing of Jollibee Philippines. “Our Yumburger is not just a burger, but a part of Filipino life and cherished memories. ...
